Personal training and group training sessions
I am a qualified Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach through the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association and have my Level 1 CrossFit trainer certification.
My training focuses on a range of goals whether it be weight loss, strength or overall better health. Our workouts are short, sharp and intense and get results. I also provide ongoing nutritional advice and support.
Based in Wangaratta, I run group training sessions and one on one sessions in the outdoors and in my small gym. My style of training is loosely based around Crossfit style training and suits all levels of fitness.
We have young children ourselves and are very FAMILY friendly, so feel free to bring the kids along if required.
COSTS:
Personal Training: $25 for 30 minutes
Group Session:$15 for a casual session
$65 for a 5 session pass
$120 for a 10 session pass
